About Bamdas Development Company

Dan Bamdas is the principal of Bamdas Development Company (BDC), a real estate development company designing and building distinctive luxury homes in New Jersey since 2004.

Dan began his real estate career as a lawyer in Manhattan representing large commercial and residential developers, property owners and real estate opportunity funds. With almost 500,000 finished square feet completed and sold since its founding, BDC has become known for its elegant and sophisticated designs and meticulous attention to detail that characterizes each one of its beautiful structures.

BDC strives to combine classical design with modern-day amenities that reflect the needs of today's lifestyles. Dan is a Millburn native who continues to live in the area. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan.
